Refund Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at sales@butlerbeanscoffee.com or 218-556-5339. Items sent back to us without prior discussion for return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be given options available for a refund or credit. If you choose to have your refund applied to your original payment method, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
