I discovered Butler Beans with a simple google search this week. What a gem! I dropped by unannounced and they were kind enough to show me their operation and explain what they do. I bought one bag of the Brazil beans as a Christmas gift. I also got a sample of some other varieties (not sure what variety they are as the bags were unmarked). The smoothest coffee I have ever had!
