Air-Roasted to Perfection!

There are many ways to roast coffee with excellent results. Butler Beans Coffee chose the Artisan Roaster, which is built on the concept of fluid-bed roasting. With this type of roaster, you taste the coffee, not the drum. Air roasting also removes the traditional acidity and bitterness associated with many coffees. With Butler, the air roasts the coffee not the surface of the drum.

  • Use fresh, high-quality coffee beans: The quality of your coffee beans will determine the taste of your coffee. Use beans that have been roasted within the last two weeks and choose a reputable roaster.

    Grind your beans just before brewing: Grinding your beans just before brewing will help to preserve the freshness and flavor of the coffee.

    Use the right water temperature: The ideal water temperature for brewing coffee is between 195° and 205°. If the water is too hot, it can cause the coffee to taste bitter.

    Store your coffee properly: Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in the refrigerator or freezer, as this can affect the flavor of the coffee.
